No Show & Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and availability for all clients, we have implemented the following no-show and cancellation policy:

**Late Policy**: If you’re running a couple minutes behind, no sweat, sometimes we’re running a little behind as well.

However, if you’re more than 15 min late, we will have to reschedule your appointment for a later time or date.

**No Shows & Late Cancellations**: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule less than 3 hours before your scheduled time, your credit card on file will be charged the full amount for the service.

If you’re not going to be able to make your appointment, please text the number that sent you a confirmation text or message our instagram page so that we can fill the spot.
