CANCELLATION POLICY: CANCELLATION FEE ($25) WILL APPLY
WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. IN THE CASE THAT 24 HOURS NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN FOR A CANCELLATION, OR THE APPOINTMENT IS NO-SHOWED, PRE-PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED ONLINE FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT BEFORE BEING ALLOWED TO RE-BOOK. PAYMENT WILL THEN BE REQUIRED LIKE NORMAL FOR THE CURRENT APPOINTMENT IN THE SHOP. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE FOR WHICH YOU HAVE BEEN SCHEDULED AND THE CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY.
